Coaching that works with you, not against you.
Core Features of Coaching
Perhaps you’ve spent much of your life trying to adapt to a world that doesn’t always make space for you. You may have learned to mask, push through, or constantly try harder just to keep up with expectations that never felt quite right. Over time, this can be exhausting, leaving you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, disconnected from who you are, and wondering why things seem harder for you than they do for everyone else.
At the heart of my coaching is the belief that people are rarely simple, and neither are the challenges they face. We each live at the intersection of our experiences, identities, relationships, environments, and aspirations. As a Chartered Coaching Psychologist, I create a psychologically safe space where complexity is welcomed, strengths are recognised, and meaningful change can unfold.
Ground in
Psychology
Evidence-informed coaching that draws on psychological theory, research, and practice to create meaningful and sustainable change.
Whole-Person
Integration
Supporting every part of who you are, your strengths, challenges, relationships, values, identity, and aspirations
Space for Complexity
A compassionate space where masking, contradictions, co-occurring conditions, and the realities of neurodifference can be explored without judgement.
Life
Integration
Helping you develop practical strategies that work for you, your relationships, and the demands of everyday life.
Whether you’re seeking support with work, relationships, emotional wellbeing, executive functioning, life transitions or threshold experiences, coaching can help you gain the insight, confidence, and practical strategies to thrive.
Together, we will develop a deeper understanding of how your mind works, build on your strengths, navigate challenges, and create a life that feels more sustainable, fulfilling, and authentic.

What My Clients Say About Me
I have found her approach to be very natural and respectful of my own unique experience. I have no hesitation in recommending Cara as a coach and would be happy to answer any questions
She puts a lot of work into each session, providing us with relevant resources and skilfully facilitating the conversation within the group. As a result of these sessions, I am becoming more and more equipped in working with neurodivergent clients, and I am developing a deeper understanding of my role as a coach at the same time. Thank you Cara for all that you do!
