Chartered Coaching Psychologist Cara Langford Watts

I am a Chartered Coaching Psychologist, researcher, musician, and public speaker whose work sits at the intersection of psychology, identity, creativity, justice, and systemic change. Through evidence-informed coaching psychology, supervision, research, writing, music, and public speaking, I support individuals, leaders, and organisations to navigate complexity, uncertainty, authenticity, and change.

As a PhD researcher exploring the relationships between humans, animals, and the environment, I am fascinated by the social and psychological systems that shape how we live, connect, and make sense of the world. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and integrity, drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience as a neurodifferent vegan to create spaces where people can think deeply, grow confidently, and navigate life’s complexities with greater clarity and purpose.

Coaching

As a Chartered Coaching Psychologist, I combine evidence-informed coaching with psychological insight to help you make sense of where you are, what matters most to you, and where you want to go next.

Writing and Speaking

Through research, writing, and speaking, I explore psychology, identity, justice, and human experience, translating complex ideas into accessible conversations that challenge assumptions, inspire curiosity, and encourage new ways of thinking.

Supervision for Coaches

Through supervision, I help practitioners navigate complexity, deepen reflective practice, embrace constructive challenge, and continue to develop with confidence, curiosity, and psychological safety.

Music – Interstice 7

A musical project, exploring the tensions, contradictions and beauty of being human. Blending psychology, philosophy, storytelling and satire, my songs invite reflection on identity, meaning, connection and the complexities of modern life.
