I recently spoke at an autism awareness event for staff at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce’s London office, with some colleagues from Luxembourg also joining. 😀✅

Drawing on my research and practice, I explored why autism is still so often misunderstood in the workplace and why awareness alone is not enough. Meaningful inclusion requires more than good intentions. It involves questioning the assumptions built into organisational culture, communication, leadership, and performance expectations.
