Let’s Work Together
Whether you’re looking for coaching, speaking, collaboration, consultancy, supervision, writing, or something that doesn’t fit neatly into a dropdown menu, I’m always interested in meaningful work with thoughtful humans.
Bring me your ideas, your questions, your half-formed concepts, your “this might sound weird but…” moments; those are usually my favourite kind.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who do you work with?
I work with people navigating complexity, uncertainty, change, and transition. While I am best known for my work with neurodifferent individuals, my coaching is open to anyone facing a significant life event, an identity shift, a leadership challenge, a relationship change, a career crossroads, loss, or deeper questions about meaning and purpose.
Do I need to be neurodivergent to work with you?
Not at all. My expertise in neuro different experiences informs my approach, but my work is ultimately about the human experience. Many of the themes I explore identity, belonging, authenticity, uncertainty, grief, purpose, and change, are universal.
What makes your coaching different?
My coaching is less focused on fixing problems and more focused on helping people make sense of their lives. While practical strategies can be useful, I am often more interested in the deeper patterns, assumptions, tensions, and stories that sit beneath the surface. I have my own unique model developed through my master’s and years of coaching practice. You can find out more here
What kinds of issues do people bring to coaching?
People come to coaching for many reasons: burnout, diagnosis, caring responsibilities, relationship challenges, career transitions, grief, questions of identity, confidence, purpose, belonging, leadership, or simply a feeling that something in life is no longer working.
I’m in a hurry. Do you offer quick fixes?
No. If you’re looking for a productivity hack, life optimisation system, or five-step formula for happiness, I’m probably not the right coach. My work is deeper, slower, and often more transformative. It asks difficult questions and invites meaningful reflection.
What is coaching supervision?
Supervision is a reflective space for coaches and helping professionals to explore their client work, ethical dilemmas, professional development, and personal responses to the work. It supports both competence and wellbeing.
What coaching models do you use?
My work draws from coaching psychology, existential coaching, systemic thinking, the Power Threat Meaning Framework, the Eight Tensions™, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative approaches, and neuro-affirmative practice. However, I don’t believe people fit neatly into models; models exist to serve people, not the other way around.
Do you work with organisations?
Yes. Alongside one-to-one coaching and supervision, I provide speaking, training, consultancy, and facilitated conversations around inclusion, neuro differences, leadership, wellbeing, systemic change, and organisational culture.
Why do you write, research, and make music as well as coach?
Because I am fascinated by the human condition. Coaching, research, writing, speaking, and music are simply different ways of exploring the same questions about identity, meaning, power, belonging, justice, and what it means to be human.
Are you a therapist?
No. I am a Coaching Psychologist rather than a therapist. Coaching and therapy can overlap, but coaching is typically focused on helping people navigate their present circumstances, future direction, and personal growth. If I believe therapy would be more appropriate, I will discuss this with you.
What if I don’t know what I need?
That’s more common than you might think. Many people arrive with a feeling rather than a clearly defined goal – a sense of being stuck, lost, overwhelmed, disconnected, or pulled in different directions. We can start there.
